1. Ensuring Invoice Accuracy There must be absolutely no discrepancy between the number of garments on the invoice and the actual garments loaded by the driver. To prevent errors:

Monthly Incentive & Penalty System: Implement a system for the final sorter/bagger. A mistake results in a -$100.00 fine, while perfect accuracy earns a +$100.00 bonus.
Error Reporting: If a mismatch is found, the driver must record it on the invoice, take a photo, and send it to the owner immediately.
Clear Accountability: Once the order leaves the facility correctly, any subsequent issues are the driver’s responsibility.

2. Quality Control at Assembly The condition of the garments must be pristine before assembly. Any items that are not up to standard must be tagged with a memo or rescheduled for the next delivery.

3. Specialized Care for High-Value Items Appoint a dedicated specialist to handle expensive or delicate garments.

Identify and sort these high-value items separately from the tagged baskets at the counter.
These garments must be managed and cleaned exclusively by the designated specialist.

4. Final Inspection and Career Path Designate a Final Inspector to perform the last check before assembly or sorting.

Responsibility & Reward: This person is accountable for any quality slips, but consistent excellence will lead to promotions and salary increases.

5. Strategic Shift: Quality over Quantity Our focus is no longer just on high volume (piece count). We must increase profitability based on the “Differentiated Trust” that we are exceptionally better than the rest.
