It leaked red dye, so we had to compensate $600.00. If wet with water or solvent, it must be safely cleaned using Kleansing method only (Sm Spotting > Dm Rinsing).

Miu Miu Embellished Sequin and Silk Top $1,200 ~ $2,200

Buying all three new costs over $10,000.00. This is a difficult case where dye migration occurred during dry cleaning by other dry cleaners requiring extensive troubleshooting and compensation settlement.

Because the color easily bleaches or bleeds when exposed to solvents or water, if a customer explicitly requests cleaning, you must get a signature beforehand and perform spot cleaning like an art project using a soft brush or tool. (Sm spotting > Dm rinsing)

    Cross-patch zip-up hoodie ($6,000 ~ $8,000), Logo/Cross patch sweatshirt ($3,000 ~ $6,500), Leather patch pocket tee ($700 ~ $1,800)

The faded part of a silk blend dress delivered from a wholesale laundry factory was fixed by the female agency owner spraying it with our Dm DarcNer. If there is a slight color difference between the sprayed part and the other side due to the Dm, you can simply spray the entire dress.

It seems the label has changed now, but the reason such a label was needed for a long time was due to frequent laundry accidents.

If the letters on the hood get ruined after washing, in some cases, it can cost up to $700.00 to completely replace the entire hood with an identical new one.

Dry cleaning is strictly prohibited. Instead, perform a CondiWash using an all-in-one neutral silk detergent (SilkNer), or perform spotting with Sm followed by cleansing with Dm.

Stains that appear before and after washing can be effectively treated by applying Dm Darcner to a cloth or brush and rubbing the area. Most of the time, ring marks do not remain, but if any do, you can repeat the process over a slightly wider area. Dm Darcner is made by purchasing our Aconder – A concentrated liquid and diluting it with water. The diluted cost is $6.00 to $13.50 per gallon (shipping included – As of September 2026)

    Mink Fur-Lined Hooded Parka ~ $8,000.00

Even on dark garments, applying strong chemicals directly during spotting is risky. It is best to start with the mildest method first, such as trying a neutral detergent. Recommended: Sm Spotting > Dm Rinsing

Recomendado: Sm Spotting > Dm Rinsing
